That’s what Smart Works Bristol provides.

We provide personalised interview coaching, high-quality clothing, and ongoing support to help our clients feel confident, succeed at interviews, and transform their lives. After just one appointment 68% go on to get a job within a month.

Our impact

We launched our service in Bristol on 23rd October 2025. Before visiting our centre, the average woman has applied for over 41 jobs with no success. It costs £300 to put a woman through our service – a small amount to pay to transform a woman’s life.

Our Centre

Where to find Smart Works Bristol

We are based at Easton Business Centre - an area of Bristol where our work is needed most. Our centre is a secure and safe space within a community of like-minded organisations. You can access the centre by train, bus or car and receive a warm, friendly welcome from our team.

Bus - our nearest bus stop is Villiers Road, bus 24 from the centre of Bristol.

Train - we are a 10 minute walk from either Lawrence Hill or Stapleton road.

Car - we have limited parking available
